We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm all year round, except for the listed paid holidays.

Please note that all 5 meals served daily plus our extra activities (Arts & Crafts, Music class, etc) are included on the daily rate.

We charge $20 per each 10 (ten) minutes increment for additional care, unlessprior arrangements have been made.

We will charge $20 per hour after 5:30pm (closing time).

DAILY  RATES  EFFECTIVE:     Valid from January 1st, 2019,  till December 31st, 2019

Schedule Monthly Price

Full-time: 5 Days per Week $1,960.00 per month, flat rate (average $90 per day).

 

Schedule   Daily Prices (rates from only for 2019)

Part-time:

4 Days per week - $95 per day

3 Days per week -  $100 per day

2 Days per week  - $105 per day

1  Day per week - not offered in 2019

PAYMENT:

Tuition payment is due every 5th of the month.

Late payment fee: $60 after the 5th of the month. After the 10th of the month (without tuition payment and fees) child's contract will be canceled.

Returned checks will have a $60 fee plus $50 bank fee.

OUR WEEKENDS AND AFTER-HOURS RATES:

The daily price for a drop-in is $140.00 (children without a monthly contract)

Overnight (from 5:30pm till 7:30am) is $180.00

Weekend w/overnights (from Friday 5:30pm till Sunday 5:30pm) is $350.00

Entire weekend w/overnights (from Friday night till Monday 7:30am) is $450.00

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CONTRACT:
Trial period:
All children are accepted on a 30-day trial basis. During or after this period provider and parents will discuss if child and/or parent can adapt to program or not. Payment still required for that month.
Withdrawing your child from our care:

60 days written notice is required when you are planning to withdraw your child out of our program. Please note parents still pay vacation and holidays tim upon giving notice of withdrawing child from daycare.

Health:

Children should attend child care only if they are well. Parents who suspect their child is coming down with something need to keep them home. Our policy is based on consideration for all families and the responsibility we hold for the children.

All chiuldren are requested to have all the vaccinations updated by the time of enrollment. Parents MUST bring updated vaccination reports as often as their children get the immunizations. Please see link: http://www.smmusd.org/CDS/pdf/IMM-230.pdf

Do not bring your child to the child care if he/her have experienced the following:

Loose wet stools, has or had a fever during the previous 24 hours, pink eye, unknown rash, symptoms of a possible communicable disease, the first three days of taking antibiotics.

If your child becomes ill at the child care, you will be contacted to pick him/her up within the next hour.
Please have a back-up person available to pick your child up if you are not able to do this when he/her become sick. You shall be notified if your child bumps his/her head and swelling occurs. If your child misses child care due to illness payment is still due.
Changing schedule:
If you are going to change your child’s schedule days, we request a notice of at least 30 days in advance. We will make best efforts to accommodate your requested schedule changes based on availability within a “first-come first-serve” basis.
